How often should I get pest control?

For most South Coast homes we recommend a general pest treatment every 12 months. Properties near bushland, water or with a history of activity often benefit from a six-monthly preventative service.

Are the treatments safe for pets?

Yes. We use low-toxicity, environmentally responsible products applied strictly to label. We ask that pets, children and food items are kept away from treated areas until the product has dried, generally one to two hours. Fish tanks and bird cages should be covered — we'll talk you through it before we start.

How long before I can return home?

Accepted Answer

For a standard external treatment you can stay home the whole time. For internal treatments we generally ask you to be out for around two hours while surfaces dry, then simply ventilate the rooms as normal.

Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely. Our general pest treatments come with a written warranty period. If covered pests return inside that time, we come back and re-treat at no additional cost.
